- User-Generated Party Details: When you create a party plan, you provide us with specific details which may include: event date, number of guests, cuisine preferences, recipe difficulty, and any food allergies or products to exclude (“Party Details”). You acknowledge that providing information about food allergies may be considered sensitive data, and you consent to us processing this information to provide the service.
- AI-Generated Content: We collect and store the content generated by the AI based on your Party Details, including menus, shopping lists, recipes, and other related information (“Generated Content”).
- Usage Data: Information our servers automatically collect when you access the App, such as your session duration, features you use, and other interaction data.
2. Use of Your Information
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Provide the core functionality of the App, which involves processing your Party Details to generate personalized party plans.
- Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the App.
- Respond to your support requests.
- Compile anonymous statistical data and analysis for use internally or with third parties for service improvement.
3. AI Data Processing
A core feature of our App is the use of a third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) service provider to generate your party plans.
- Information Shared: To generate your plan, we send your Party Details (cuisine, allergies, etc.) as a prompt to our AI service provider. We do not include your personal identifiers like your email address in this prompt.
- Third-Party Policies: The processing of this data by our AI provider is subject to their own privacy policies. While we choose reputable partners, we do not control their data handling practices.
- No Training on Personal Data: We do not use your Personal Data to train our AI models. The Generated Content may be used to improve the service, but always in a way that is anonymized and disconnected from your personal account.
4. Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personal Data to outside parties. We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations:
- With Service Providers: We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including our AI service provider, data analysis, and hosting services.
- By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law.

We utilize Firebase for secure authentication and store session information in the secure Keychain on your device. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
6. Your Data Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your Personal Data. You may review or change the information in your account or terminate your account at any time by:
- Logging into your account settings and updating your account.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases.
